I bought a specialty tool tryed to use it as directed. The tool was built poorly and did not work for the job it was supposed to do. I ended up beating it up a bit trying to get it to work with no success. I then call the company and they had me send them pictures of the tool. They said mail it back and we can warranty it out for you. Mind you I payed for over night shipping the first time witch took 3 days to come and I had to pay ground shipping on the return. Now they tell me they can't warranty it out and I can buy another one at cost. I told them keep the pos tool that didn't work and there only going to refund me a wonderful 12 dollars what a joke

Follow-Up from Freedom Racing: This customer absolutely DESTROYED the tool. Since this is an OEM tool we reached out to our Mopar rep and he said that it couldn't be warrantied due to misuse. This is the only time we've seen this tool get destroyed like that and we've sold over 200. We still refunded the profit we made on the order. It's unfortunate that things didn't work out better. Great tool, HOWEVER!!!! Review by Gregory

Tool was exactly as described and arrived on time. I paid for next day shipping three business days before Christmas and it arrived on time on Christmas Eve. The HOWEVER is this. The parking brake cable was seized up in the knuckle and would not budge. I wound up having to cut the parking brake cable out and drilling out hole. Then I found out that the replacement parking brake cable assembly only costs about $15.00. The tool cost me around $45 plus $45 for next day shipping. If I had know that the cost of the replacement part was only $15.00 versus the amount of the tool, I would have just gone that route from the beginning. Anyway, tool worked perfectly on the other end where the two cables come together. It would have been harder to cut that end out, if I had not had the tool. I give Freedom Racing and the tool 5 stars. (Posted on 1/6/2020)
