There are no returns allowed on electronic items. There are additional items that are also non-returnable and that is disclosed in the product description or when you attempt to add the item to the cart.

Sales are final on Pre-Owned/Inspected, Used, or Refurbished items, with no returns allowed.

For all other items we offer a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. All items must be returned in their original packaging and be free of any dirt, grease, or stains. We suggest insuring the package because you are responsible for any loss or damage while in transit. Make sure to protect each piece from impact and make sure nothing can bounce around inside the box. Everything needs packed extremely securely because we will only accept it back if it arrives in NEW condition. We've had people try all kinds of "fast ones" so a technician will hand-inspect each piece and if it can't be sold as new you will have to pay shipping to get it back. Don't try to borrow our items and return them because it won't work. If your return meets all of the above requirements please email us for a Return Authorization number. The easiest way to do this is to just reply to your order confirmation email. You may also request a return label and the cost of it will be deducted from your refund.

If your item arrives back to us in NEW condition, with the original packaging and the return is approved you will have two choices. Shipping fees are not refunded because that money goes to the shipping carrier right after you place your order.
A) 100% store credit of the product price that can be used for any items on our website within the next 365 days.
B) Refund subject to a 10% or $10 restocking fee, whichever is greater. This restocking fee helps to cover employee labor, packaging materials, and merchant processing fees.
