Product Warranties:
Most of the items sold by Freedom Racing Tool and Auto, LLC are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for warranty information regarding specific manufacturers or items. If a customer has a warranty claim, in most cases, Freedom Racing Tool and Auto, LLC will help facilitate the warranty process to ensure a timely handling of warranty claims. Freedom Racing Tool and Auto, LLC will issue a Return Authorization number for every return. Customers may request an RA Number by responding to your order confirmation or sending an email to [email protected]. This email must contain proof of purchase. Returned goods will not be accepted without an RA Number. Customers are responsible for shipping both ways.

Return Policy:
If you're having issues with a tool please contact us so we can try to help. We have technicians on staff.

There are no returns allowed on electronic items. There are additional items that are also non-returnable and that is disclosed in the product description or when you attempt to add the item to the cart.

Sales are final on Pre-Owned/Inspected, Used, or Refurbished items, with no returns allowed.

For all other items we offer a 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. All items must be returned in their original packaging and be free of any dirt, grease, or stains. We suggest insuring the package because you are responsible for any loss or damage while in transit. Make sure to protect each piece from impact and make sure nothing can bounce around inside the box. Everything needs packed extremely securely because we will only accept it back if it arrives in NEW condition. We've had people try all kinds of "fast ones" so a technician will hand-inspect each piece and if it can't be sold as new you will have to pay shipping to get it back. Don't try to borrow our items and return them because it won't work. If your return meets all of the above requirements please email us for a Return Authorization number. The easiest way to do this is to just reply to your order confirmation email. You may also request a return label and the cost of it will be deducted from your refund.

If your item arrives back to us in NEW condition, with the original packaging and the return is approved you will have two choices. Shipping fees are not refunded because that money goes to the shipping carrier right after you place your order.
A) 100% store credit of the product price that can be used for any items on our website within the next 365 days.
B) Refund subject to a 10% or $10 restocking fee, whichever is greater. This restocking fee helps to cover employee labor, packaging materials, and merchant processing fees.

Purchaser understands and recognizes that tools, racing parts, equipment and services by or sold by Freedom Racing Tool and Auto, LLC, are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to be installed and used. The acceptability and suitability of any part sold by Freedom Racing Tool and Auto, LLC for a particular application is solely the purchaser's decision. Freedom Racing Tool and Auto, LLC makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, or written, THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. The right to make changes in the design or add to or improve on their product without incurring any obligation to install the same on products previously manufactured is expressly reserved.
