The OEM tool is 15mm but somewhere along the way the turbocharger bolts were changed to 12mm. This wrench is used on the newer 12mm bolts on Cummins ISB 5.9L and 6.7L Turbo Diesel Engines. (If you can tell us what year they switched from 15mm to 12mm bolts we'd be happy to issue a store credit for your help.)
When cleaning the turbo this tool is used with 10143A and 10142.
