This tool exceeded my expectations in the tolerances and the heavy duty build quality. I was impressed. Be sure and READ INSTRUCTIONS as the first step partially installs the wear sleeve and fully seats the seal. The second step, after turning over tooling C, completes the installation of the wear sleeve to final depth. Thus, the wear sleeve is always inside the seal for proper installation. For first users of this type of seal, install dry and NEVER remove the wear sleeve from inside the seal at ANY TIME or damage to seal can/will occur.
