Bought this as part of a comprehensive DIY valvetrain overhaul of my F150 with the 5.4L Triton. The team at Freedom got my parts out fast- next day air delivery is fantastic. On top of that they have the latest OEM parts (upgraded by Ford) and only the best aftermarket stuff. No cheap Chinese knockoffs here. Thanks Freedom- my truck is running great! I am very satisfied with the service provided by the tech prior to purchasing the products. He know what was the exact problem with just me indicating what the engine was doing. It was a a very inexpressive fix if i was just to change the one cam follower that was damage and the hydraulic lash but he recommender to make the replacement of 5.4L 3V 2004-2010 Ford OEM Cam Phaser, Timing Chain, Upgraded Oil Pump, and VCT Solenoid Replacement KitRating
