This is a part that MUST be changed when replacing OHC timing chains . You would not want to risk snapping a torque to yield bolt in a critical area and ruining the job. Also , you would NOT want to risk this bolt to loosen after assembly and jeopardize the whole job and ruin a good engine . No if's , ands or buts , change this bolt .
