After finding that the install tool would not work in the new cups that have the laser etched part# I contacted freedom they next day this tool and it worked perfectly. I have bought seal installers and other engine tools from freedom and it's always been a great experience (Posted on 7/22/2021)

DECENT PRODUCT FOR THE MONEY! TOOL IS TOO TALL FOR CAT ENGINES THAT ARE IN GM VEHICLES DUE TO CAB CLEARANCE #5 AND #6 CYLINDER.

Followup from Freedom Racing: We reached out to Brandon and he stated that he was working on a 2000 Chevy Kodiak. The motor sits well under the cab so we understand how he ran into clearance issues.
