I was very pleased with the shipping and how well the tool performed, I only needed to use the tool once to remove and install the seals in my own personal engine, I was talking to the owner of the mechanic shop I worked at part time after being laid off from my job in natural gas compression, he offered to pay me half of what the tools cost because he would get more use out of it and he was tired of testing the patience of the local Ford house every time he would ask to use there seal puller and installer tools, the tools perform just as well as the OEM tools that Ford offer.
