DT-52263 Transmission Fluid Exchange 

Application:

• 8L45 8L90 Transmission

DT-52263 Transmission Fluid Exchange Kit is shipping to dealers at no charge. This kit includes several components and adapters for exchanging the fluid in 8L45 and 8L90 transmissions for vehicles requiring a full fluid exchange. The previously essential Transflow and DT-51190 Transmission Fluid Fill Adapter (included in the kit) are used to push the new fluid into the transmission through the transmission pan.

A graduated bucket included in the kit, captures the old fluid as it drains out of the transmission through adapters and a discharge hose included in the kit. The specific adapter used depends on where the fluid is being drained from — transmission, radiator cooler, or rear differential cooler.

• • DT-52263-2 Cooler Line Plug (3 included, 2 spares in case of loss) For use with rear differential cooler procedure.
