205-001 TOOL-4000-E Differential Carrier Spreader Alt

This Differential Housing Spreader is a tool that eases the job of removing or installing differential ring-gear assemblies on Dana axle models 30 44 60 70 80. It's a heavy-duty device using mechanical screw power to spread the housing. It helps prevent the component damage that often results from the use of homemade devices.

This spreader is not compatible with Corvette housings or Dana 35 with dowel holes under the cover. It can be used with GM 10 and 12 bolt housings by making custom pins from a 7/8 fine thread bolt.
